USS Carney Homecoming in Jacksonville, FL

I was asked by Laura to take pictures of her husbands homecoming. I have been taking pictures for the Simpson Family for the past year so I felt very honored to do this for them. On Homecoming day for some reason it was "EXTREMELY" cold in Jacksonville. Which as a military spouse is a bummer. We like the warmer weather because from the moment our spouses leave we're searching for the " PERFECT DRESS".. From the moment the ship was visible all you could hear was the excitement from the families and the smile on my clients face that could light up the sky! Every time I am asked to do a homecoming I'm so honored. The RAW emotions of that day are like no other. In addition to that, your "Client" turns into a life long FRIEND! I am so grateful I was able to spend the past year as the Simpson family photographer and so proud to have them as my life long friends. I wish them much success and happiness and who knows, its a small Navy.. We might be reunited again! Thank You Simpson family for allowing me to be a part of your lives! I am very gracious to have you a part of mine! <3
